The Solution
Procter Contracts have worked closely with Carter Lauren teams across the UK from as early as 2016 and helped them to deliver effective perimeter security solutions across a range of sectors, solutions and project sizes.
Most notably, we have worked with Carter Lauren on a number of hotel developments, including five Premier Inn projects, and a number of food and drink projects, including Costa Coffee, JD Weatherspoon, Nandos, and Miller & Carter.

We are committed to deliver outstanding projects for our customers and in the last couple of years alone this work has included just some of the following projects for Carter Lauren:
Costa Coffee, Newport
Procter were appointed by Carter Lauren to provide a range of our own range of timber Eco-Fence on a new “zero-energy” drive-through Costa coffee shop in Newport.
The design will include a special timber frame as an alternative to a traditional steel one, as well as solar panels on the roof, energy retaining insulation and an under-floor heating system.
Coldra Woods Hotel, Newport
We supplied a range of Timber fencing and railings for this new 150 bed hotel facility to supplement Celtic Manor Resorts chain of hotels supporting the championship golf courses in Newport, Gwent South Wales.
The Hotel is built over 4 and 5 storeys and provides an alternative level of accommodation to the five-star hotel at the centre of the Celtic Manor Resort. Located just off the M4 corridor the hotel is ideally located to be within easy reach for visitors both using the golfing facilities or simply the hotel.
Port Haven Care Homes, Ledbury
We worked closely with the Carter Lauren Design team on this state of the art 64-Bed Care Home.
External works were fully designed to provide a pleasant surrounding and Environment for Residents, with Procter providing a large range of our Timber Fencing, Acoustic fencing and a full range of our security rated gates.
Premier Inn, Newquay
We supplied a number of railing, gates and timber products on this four-storey, 83 hotel room Premier Inn in Newquay.
Mollies Diner
The hotel featured the design and construction of a timber frame to the motel and steel structure to Restaurant with piled foundations and ground beams, standing seam roofs to both with external timber wall cladding. As such, we provided a range of Timber fencing that was sympathetic to the building itself, along with sets of security gates and railings.
Various Premier Inns
In the last few years, our work with Carter Lauren has included at least 5 Premier Inn hotel developments. Our extensive product range has meant we have been able to supply and install a range of items that have included Site Hoarding, Railings, Security Gates, Timber Fencing, and Acoustic Fencing.
